Depending on stock availability and to expedite delivery, your order may also be fulfilled from partner warehouses internationally.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after receipt of your order confirmation.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Should there be any significant delays, we will notify you by email.

4. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.
Tracking details usually become active within 48-72 hours after shipment.
5. Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free for all orders unless otherwise specified at checkout.
Expedited or priority shipping options (where available) will incur an additional cost, clearly displayed at checkout.
6. Partial Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.
Each package will receive a separate tracking number.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
FitTribe.shop is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country.
All applicable fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Before placing an order, we recommend checking your country’s import policies.
8. Delivery Issues
If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it:
Please check with neighbors, your mailbox, and your local post office.
Confirm the accuracy of the shipping address you provided during checkout.
Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for further assistance.
If the issue remains unresolved, please contact us at support@fittribe.shop within 7 days of the recorded delivery date.
9. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered during checkout is accurate and complete.
Orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are non-refundable.
If the order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs must be borne by the customer.
10. Lost or Damaged Packages
FitTribe.shop is not responsible for packages lost after handoff to the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately with photos of the package and damaged items at support@fittribe.shop.
11. Unclaimed or Refused Packages
Packages that are unclaimed, refused, or returned to us due to incorrect addresses may be subject to return shipping and/or reshipping fees at the customer’s expense.
